Sundt is seeking a Cost Engineer to support the preconstruction effort under the guidance of senior staff. You will perform basic estimating tasks and assist with project buyouts for either large projects or multiple smaller ones.
You’ll participate in project planning, sales support, and preconstruction management, with safety as a priority. A four-year engineering degree is required, LEED accreditation preferred, and MS Office proficiency is essential.
The Cost Engineer will support all facets of the preconstruction effort at the direction of senior staff and will work collaboratively in supporting single large projects or multiple smaller projects. As the Cost Engineer your primary duties will include basic estimating tasks and the buyout of projects. You will also participate and/or support other efforts including project planning, sales support, and preconstruction project management.
