Responsibilities

• The Program Analyst will use the Decision Support System, an executive computer information system, to impact management of patient care and support data-driven decisions.
• Gathers information, identifies and analyzes issues, and develops recommendations to resolve problems of effectiveness and efficiency of medical center operations.
• Maintain relational databases and data integrity. Develop custom queries, programs, and analytical reports. Conduct qualitative and quantitative program assessments. Benchmark operational metrics against standard benchmarks.
