Responsibilities

• Responsible for the company's AMS cost planning, cost-commercial management and regional office portfolio, inclusive of current/new sites and projects
• Advise commercial perspectives and facilitate decisions to establish new sites/projects
• Collaborate with different teams to prepare cost information and decision points
• Collect and analyze real estate and construction-related market data (e.g., transactions, construction, operation costs) to drive project life cycle(s)
• Establish and implement effective cost planning and management systems for projects
• Manage project/portfolio budgets to minimise exposure and risk
• Participate in feasibility studies and establish the project target cost and budget
• Review cost plans, cost estimates prepared by consultants
• Manage all facets of the pre-construction, bid, and award
• Responsible for project cost updates, cash flow, expenditure forecasts, variations management, and final account process
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications:
• BA/MBA (and/or equivalent experience) with major coursework in architecture, surveying, real estate, construction, business administration, or other related field and/or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of cost planning and management experience in the real estate and construction markets
• Strong communication and collaboration, able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical thinking, self-motivated with a strong desire to learn, growth-oriented

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Professionally qualified in MRICS or equivalent is preferred
• Good understanding of the local real estate market. Knowledge of property leasing in AMS is preferred
• Leadership Potential: Demonstrated ability to take ownership or lead tasks.
• Strategic Thinking: Interest in understanding the bigger picture of projects.
• Innovative Mindset: Willingness to suggest improvements and new ideas.

Job Information

For Pay Transparency: The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108,800 - $223,200 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
