  • Oversee change management and cost impact assessments, ensuring budget adjustments and financial changes are properly documented and communicated.
  • Support the development of annual budgets, long-range financial forecasts, and portfolio-level financial planning.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data integrity, and financial visibility through process improvements and reporting tools.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients and employees, addressing concerns proactively and ensuring high standards of service and performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in cost control, project controls, financial reporting, or portfolio financial management.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams in a project-based or portfolio management environment.
