The Building People is seeking an experienced Cost Control/Construction Accountant for their Washington office. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of construction projects, handling budgeting, financial analysis, and project administration. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields with at least two years of relevant experience is required.

Responsibilities include providing the federal client with professional on-site facility, and project management services across a variety of small to large-scale construction projects. Projects may include space upgrades or modification/ reconfiguration of spaces to meet the mission needs of clients.
