Job summary

Mayvin, Inc. in Fort Belvoir, VA, seeks a Cost Analyst II to support the U.S. Army and CPE Ground across ACAT II-IV DoD programs and AAPs, OTAs/MTAs and other contracting efforts.

The analyst will work in a collaborative, matrixed environment with military, civilian, and contracted personnel, performing cost analysis and acquisition documentation.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens with an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Experience with ACEIT software for cost estimating.
• Experience with DoD contracts and acquisition documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provides subject matter expertise in managing and executing ACEIT cost estimating activities.
• Prepares and reviews cost estimates, budgets, and program cost guidance for ACEIT-supported programs.
• Assists in review of contractor proposals, including labor hours, rates, and cost breakdown structures.
• Develops Program Office Estimates (POE), Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE), and related analyses.
