Job summary

SECO Ecoplastic America is seeking an Assistant Manager of Cost Analysis to lead month-end closings, drive cost savings, and guide budgeting in a manufacturing setting. You will partner with Sales/Procurement to analyze costs and implement pricing and efficiency improvements, using SAP CO/FI and advanced Excel modeling.

The role requires 3–5+ years in cost accounting/financial analysis, a Bachelor's degree, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field.
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or sales cost management within a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with proven expertise in financial modeling.
• ERP Systems: SAP CO/FI modules is required.
• Languages: English and Korean proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute month-end closing and reporting tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify key cost drivers and collaborate cross-functionally to implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs to support pricing strategy and operational improvements.
• Utilize SAP CO/FI to optimize cost analysis, variance tracking, and reporting procedures.
• Prepare budgets and cost models, and deliver ad-hoc analytical reports for management.
