Revolution is seeking an experienced Cost Accounting Manager to lead our cost accounting function and provide financial insight into our manufacturing operations. This role will oversee manufacturing cost accounting, inventory and COGS, standard costing, variance analysis, and related month-end reporting.
The Cost Accounting Manager will manage a small team and partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance to ensure accurate product costing, strengthen inventory controls, understand cost and margin drivers, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
The ideal candidate has strong manufacturing cost accounting experience within the food and beverage or CPG industry, with prior public accounting experience considered a strong plus.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $155,000
