Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Completed coursework in Cost Accounting or Managerial Accounting preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting and analyzing production and material cost data.
• Support monthly and quarterly cost closing activities.
• Help reconcile inventory transactions and verify accuracy of standard costs.
• Assist in variance analysis (material, labor, overhead).
• Support preparation of cost reports and management dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cost allocation.
• Perform other accounting duties and special projects as assigned.
