The ideal candidate has 4-8+ years of experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing setting. This position offers a salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually along with a comprehensive benefits plan including group insurance, 401k match, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment; CPG experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory accounting.
• Knowledge of US GAAP required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve standard costing systems, including annual cost roll processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost accounting reports.
• Partner with plant leadership to track production performance and efficiency metrics.
