Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. in Pembroke, NC is seeking a Full-Time Cost Accountant to manage product costing and margin analysis across multiple manufactured housing brands.

You will maintain Navision-based bills of material, price files, and cost standards to support pricing decisions by leadership. The role requires a Bachelor's degree inAccounting and at least 2 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and a minimum of 2 years related experience preferred.
• Accounting and costing experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with Navision or other ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cost in Navision ERP system, creating bills of material and updating them to provide accurate margin information.
• Local Navision system maintenance and updates coordination.
• Production floor audits of bills of material for models and options.
• Maintenance of standard construction specifications for each brand.
• Approving all job orders prior to production.
• Interacts with Sales, Engineering, Materials, and Production to ensure costing accuracy.
