Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc in Leola, PA is seeking a Cost Accountant to manage product costing and margin analysis for manufactured homes. You will maintain Navision-based costing, update bills of materials, and support pricing decisions across brands.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting (or related) and 2+ years of costing experience in manufacturing. Proficiency with Navision or ERP systems and strong Excel skills are preferred. This is an on-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or 2+ years related experience.
• Experience in manufacturing costing preferred.
• Experience with Navision or other ERP systems a plus.
• Manufactured housing/construction industry knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cost in Navision ERP, create bills of material and update margins.
• Perform production BOM audits for accuracy and pricing decisions.
• Maintain standard construction specifications for each brand.
• Approve all job orders prior to production.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Materials, and Production.
• Track commodity costs and monitor material surcharges.
• Support quarterly inventory counts and cost of goods calculations.
• Assist controller with inventories and cost-related accounting.
