Job summary

Champion Home Builder, Inc is seeking a Cost Accountant to join our Leola, PA team. The role manages product costing and margin analysis across multiple brands of manufactured homes, and supports pricing decisions with up-to-date cost data.

Primary duties include maintaining BOMs in Navision, conducting production floor audits, and assisting the controller with inventory and cost accounting for raw, WIP, and finished goods. Excellent Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or 2+ years related experience.
• Industry costing experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Navision or other ERP systems experience a plus.
• Manufactured housing/construction knowledge is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cost in Navision ERP system, creates BOMs for models and options.
• Publishes accurate margin information for pricing decisions.
• Maintains standard construction specifications for each brand.
• Approves all job orders prior to production.
• Assists with inventories and cost-of-goods sold related accounting.
