Qualifications

• Ability to meet deadlines and follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly journal entries and month-end analyses.
• Prepare exhibits and commentary for reports to management, directors, and agencies.
• Coordinate preparation, proofreading, issuance and filing of reports.
• Prepare and analyze distribution and storage costs.
• Prepare Consolidated Inventory Report and maintain supporting work papers.
• Work with Distribution Facilities to ensure proper cost classifications.
• Prepare schedules of purchased product and maintain supporting files.
• Prepare analyses of account balances and maintain supporting files.
• Prepare written procedures on job responsibilities.
• Assist with special projects, year-end activities, and related duties.
• Prepare reconciliations of inventory.
