Cost Accountant/Analyst

Salary Range: $80,000–$100,000/year

Schedule: 100% Onsite

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Cost Accountant/Analyst to join their finance team. This role supports key operational and financial initiatives across the organization’s facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Costing Manager to execute and enhance accounting and operational workflows across multiple sites.
• Support the development of tools to track plant efficiency, cost trends, and performance metrics.
• Automate recurring reports and streamline data analysis using business intelligence platforms.
• Create dashboards, forecasts, and KPIs that support decision-making across departments.
• Contribute to product pricing strategy through financial modeling and market insights.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives that may require travel between U.S. and Canadian locations.
• Provide insights through ad hoc analysis and continuous process improvements.
• Perform other duties as needed in support of business and finance operations.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in cost accounting, finance, operations analysis, or a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Training or certification in data analytics or business intelligence tools is a strong plus.
• Valid passport for cross-border travel.
