Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Cost Accountant at our Mosinee, WI facility. You will analyze production costs, drive cost-reduction initiatives, and collaborate with operations to improve profitability.

The position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and at least three years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing. Proficiency with Excel is essential; Power BI or ERP systems are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in evaluating labor, material, and overhead costs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly KPIs to support operational and financial decision-making
• Conduct detailed production data analysis to identify cost drivers, variances, and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with engineering and estimating teams to refine cost estimates and production standards
• Perform manufacturing floor reviews to evaluate labor efficiencies, material rework, and scrap
• Partner with department managers and senior leadership to review financial performance and optimize profitability

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 + Potential Bonus

Founded in the 1940s, we are a 900+ employee manufacturer with multiple facilities across Wisconsin, employing about 250 people at our Mosinee location. We specialize in aluminum extrusion, fabrication, finishing, and plastics, serving industries such as construction, automotive, consumer goods, and industrial manufacturing. Our Mosinee facility focuses on fabrication, finishing, and production support for precision aluminum and plastic components. As a Cost Accountant, you will play a key role in analyzing production costs, collaborating with operations, and driving financial efficiency across our teams.

What You Will Be Doing
