Responsabilités

• Create, maintain, and audit inventory master data (BOMs, routings, item records).
• Coordinate new item setup, revisions, obsolescence, and master data changes.
• Prepare, file, and reconcile tax returns (sales/use) across tax authorities.
• Assist in coordinating annual physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Audit inventory master data for completeness and accuracy.
• Visit facilities to understand costing drivers and improve costing accuracy.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for inventory setup, control, costing, and sales tax.
• Assist onboarding of EDI partners and mapping validation.

Job Summary:

TCC Materials is a leading manufacturer of architectural and concrete specialty products, which include concrete masonry block, concrete repair products, precast, architectural stone, mortars and grout, and hardscape landscaping products. What You’ll Do:

This individual will monitor, analyze, and report on inventory valuation, production run rates, manufacturing variances, material prices, and freight costs. This position develops and maintains standard costs, processes monthly cost allocations, and verifies monthly closing activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• - Create, maintain, and audit inventory master data, including item records, Bills of Materials (BOMs), manufacturing routings, and related product structures, ensuring the accuracy of item attributes, units of measure, costing methods, pricing, purchasing information, and inventory classifications.
• - Coordinate all new item setup, item revisions, product obsolescence, and manufacturing master data changes while ensuring data integrity, cross-functional alignment, and consistency across departments.
• - Prepare, file, and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and use tax returns while ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• - Assist in coordinating annual physical inventories and cycle count programs while investigating inventory discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
• - Perform periodic audits of inventory master data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
• - Periodically visit manufacturing facilities to understand production processes and cost drivers while identifying opportunities to improve costing accuracy and operational efficiency.
• - Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures related to inventory item setup, inventory control processes, product costing, and sales tax administration.
• - Assist with onboarding new EDI trading partners, document mapping validation, testing, and implementation activities.
• - Maintain effective working relationships with company employees, suppliers, and customers. Promote and maintain the professional image and reputation of the company and ensure timely problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
• - Perform all tasks with great attention to detail, proper formatting, and correct grammar.
• - Perform all other duties as assigned by TCC Materials Management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• - Must have effective communication ability and solid interpersonal/networking skills.
• - Must be self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work successfully without close supervision.
• - Must be able to multi-task in an accurate and timely manner with superior time management skills.
• - Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, suppliers, and other employees of the organization.
• - Evidence of leadership and professionalism.
• - Knowledge/experience in the commercial and residential construction materials industry.
• - Working knowledge of PC Window’s environment including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, computer literate with the ability to analyze and manage data.
• - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• - College degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Pay: $65,000-$85,000 annually
