Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Cost Accountant for a Mendota Heights, MN manufacturing client. The role focuses on building BOMs in NetSuite, performing inventory analyses, and supporting cost accounting activities across manufacturing operations.

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is preferred, with experience in month-end close and ERP systems valued. The position offers hybrid scheduling after onboarding and strong retirement contributions plus employer-funded HSA.

• Set up and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) within NetSuite.
• Perform inventory analysis, adjustments, and reconciliations.
• Support cost accounting activities for manufacturing operations.
• Assist with month-end close and related accounting processes.
• Help identify process improvement opportunities within costing and inventory functions.
• Partner with accounting, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000
