We are seeking a Cost Accountant with a strong business partnering mindset to support decision-making and analytics across our manufacturing operations. This role sits at the intersection of Finance and Operations and plays a critical part in helping leaders understand performance, identify trends, and drive informed operational and financial decisions. This position offers meaningful exposure to senior leadership and has a direct impact on company decision-making. You will help shape how the organization understands cost, performance, and opportunity across manufacturing, and play an important role in leading the business forward as we continue our digital transformation journey. The successful candidate will not only provide accurate financial insight, but will also influence how data is used to modernize processes, improve visibility, and enable smarter, faster decisions across the enterprise. Partnering closely with Manufacturing FP&A, Operations, Supply Chain, and Methods teams, you will translate cost, inventory, and performance data into clear, actionable insight. This is a highly visible role that goes beyond traditional accounting requiring strong communication, intellectual curiosity, and the confidence to respectfully challenge assumptions in service of better outcomes.
