Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional cosmetology experience.
• Valid cosmetology license in the state of operation.
• Excellent technical skills in hair, makeup, skincare, and nails.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Teach theoretical and practical cosmetology concepts including hair, makeup, skincare, and nails.
• Design and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum and industry standards.
• Demonstrate and supervise hands-on techniques in classroom and salon settings.
• Provide individualized student support and address diverse needs.
• Assess student performance via practical exams and assignments.
• Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and progress records.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to keep curriculum relevant.
