Responsibilities

1. Deliver core curriculum through structured instruction, practical training, and student evaluations.
2. Guide students through state board preparation, ensuring they meet licensing requirements confidently.
3. Supervise and mentor students on the clinic floor, reinforcing professional standards and best practices.
4. Provide consistent coaching and support to foster student growth and success.
5. Implement and maintain compliance with institutional systems, policies, and procedures.
6. Stay current on Aveda products, services, and industry trends to enhance student learning and elevate the educational experience.

Qualifications

1. State of WI Cosmetology license.
2. Two years of experience in the industry.
3. Prior teaching, training, or leadership experience required.
4. Passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
5. Aveda experience is a plus.

Schedule

Monday 8:30am-4:30pm, Tuesday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
