Job summary

Paul Mitchell Schools seeks an energetic Learning Leader to motivate, mentor and coach Future Professionals in a salon-education setting. You will inspire students in customer-focused service and create valuable learning experiences on the clinic floor, driving standards in hair, color, makeup, skincare and nails.

You will embody coachable leadership, strong verbal and nonverbal communication, and a commitment to ongoing professional growth within a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of behind-the-chair salon experience.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, mentor and inspire Future Professionals on the clinic floor.
• Cultivate a culture of customer-focused service and learning experiences.
• Guide students through service and sales goals while modeling professional conduct.

Objective

Position Requirements

Illinois Cosmetology License AND Cosmetology Instructors License

• At least 2 years of behind-the-chair salon experience
• Basic Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email)
