Job summary

Paul Mitchell The School Chicago is seeking an energetic instructor to motivate, mentor, and coach Future Professionals in customer-focused service. The role emphasizes leadership on the clinic floor and collaboration with your team to create meaningful learning experiences.

The successful candidate will hold Illinois Cosmetology License and Cosmetology Instructors License, with at least 2 years behind-the-chair experience and basic computer skills (MS Office & Email).

Qualifications

• Illinois Cosmetology License AND Cosmetology Instructors License required.
• At least 2 years of behind-the-chair salon experience.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and Email).

Responsibilities

• Motivate, mentor, and coach Future Professionals to deliver customer-focused service.
• Create learning experiences and opportunities on the clinic floor with the team.

Position Requirements

Illinois Cosmetology License AND Cosmetology Instructors License

• At least 2 years of behind-the-chair salon experience
• Basic Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email)
