Job summary

Paul Mitchell the school Chicago is seeking an energetic Learning Leader to motivate, mentor, and coach Future Professionals on the clinic floor. You will drive learning experiences, uphold standards, and model exceptional customer service while guiding a talented team of students and staff.

The role requires state licensing, salon experience, and solid computer skills to manage schedules, communications, and training materials in a dynamic school environment.

Qualifications

• Illinois Cosmetology License and Cosmetology Instructors License required.
• At least 2 years of behind-the-chair salon experience.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email).

Position Requirements

Illinois Cosmetology License AND Cosmetology Instructors License

• At least 2 years of behind-the-chair salon experience
• Basic Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email)
