Paul Mitchell The School Rapid City is seeking a Clinic Floor / Classroom Leader to educate and mentor Future Professionals in our clinic classroom. The role focuses on OBEs, mini classes, and learning centers to deliver outstanding guest service and technical training.

The ideal candidate has schooling and salon experience, holds or will pursue a South Dakota Cosmetology license, and is passionate about coaching, teamwork, and professional growth within our One Size Fits All culture.

Qualifications

Ideal candidate has education and salon experience, plus familiarity with Paul Mitchell products.
Passion for educating, motivating, mentoring, and coaching Future Professionals in clinic systems.
Strong communication, soft skills, professional development, and teamwork required.
Training paid for Cosmetology Instructor License; after 12 hours, pass SDCC written test.
Front Desk training provided until instructor license is obtained.
Must hold a valid South Dakota Cosmetology license.

Responsibilities

Educate, motivate, mentor, and coach Future Professionals in technical and guest service skills.
Create extraordinary learning experiences in the clinic classroom using OBEs, mini classes, and learning centers.
