HTU in Indianapolis is seeking a dedicated Cosmetology/Esthetics instructor to deliver engaging lessons, supervise class operations and ensure alignment with the curriculum. You will perform practical demonstrations and provide individualized feedback to help students grow.

Applicants should hold Indiana licenses for Cosmetology or Esthetics and an active Beauty of Culture Educator license. Strong communication, adaptability and a passion for inspiring future beauty professionals are essential

Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology or Esthetics License in Indiana.
• Active Beauty of Culture Educator License in Indiana.
• Strong background in cosmetology or esthetics with practical experience.
• Teaching or training experience desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to various teaching scenarios and student needs.
• Passion for educating and inspiring future beauty professionals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons and ensure smooth class operations aligned with the curriculum.
