The role requires adapting teaching methods, upholding core values, and coordinating with the Director and Education Manager. Evenings and weekends may be required.

A Nail Tech license and an instructor license (pending hire) are essential, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Nail Technician license (state-issued) and maintenance.
• Valid Beauty Culture Instructor license (obtaining contingent upon hire) and maintenance.
• Experience in a salon/spa/nail spa setting.
• Ability to lead, manage time, and work under deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong commitment to customer service and the Company's mission.
