Are you a leader in the hair salon, spa, or beauty industry? Then wow do we have the job for you! Drybar is seeking a hair stylist educator / trainer who is passionate about hair stylist training and who gives a killer blowout.

As an educator / trainer leader in our shop, you will enjoy these perks:

• Pay ranges from $18.00 - $30.00/hr including tips
• Bonuses and additional commissions based on shop performance
• Commissions on retail, braids, updos, extensions, & add-on services

About You:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist trainer/educator in a salon, barber shop, or spa environment (not mandatory but preferred)
• Current and valid state Cosmetology license
• Strong organizational skills and ability to foster a positive, learning-focused culture
• Excellent communication skills to navigate various situations effectively
• Proven stellar customer service skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and multitask with finesse in challenging moments
