Drybar Derby St Shops in Massachusetts is hiring talented hairstylists to join a busy blowout-focused team. You’ll work behind the chair on a high-volume book, delivering signature Drybar styling and helping guests feel fabulous.

We offer paid training, keep 100% of tips, and generous earning potential with base pay, commissions, and tips. Full-time and part-time roles available, weekend/evening shifts required; newly licensed cosmetologists are encouraged to apply.

AVAILABILITY

Full-time and part-time positions available. Weekend and evening availability required. Must be available at least 2 of 3 weekend days (Friday–Sunday).
