Job summary

Drybar is hiring Cosmetologists or Hair Stylists to join our busy Ardmore shop. You will perform exceptional blowouts, deliver a top-tier client experience, and promote Drybar products and memberships.

A positive attitude and coachable spirit are essential for growth within our fast-paced, team-focused environment. Licensed cosmetologists in the state of employment are preferred, with strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying.
• Desire to provide ah-may-zing styling, finishing skills, and exceptional customer service.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work with and be a part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform ah-may-zing blowouts on our clients consistently.
• Provide an over the top client experience.
• Sell products, tools, and memberships.

Stylist Responsibilities:

Perform ah-may-zing blowouts on our clients consistentlyProvide an over the top client experienceSell products, tools, and membershipsKeep the shop fresh! Activities including, but not limited to: dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory, cleaning dishes/glasses, re-stocking product shelvesAttend scheduled meetings
