You will be stationed at our robotic manicure machines to educate, assist, and inspire customers with our first fully robotic manicure. The ideal candidate has nail-related experience, reliability, and the ability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have cosmetology or nail-related license.
• Licensed cosmetologist or nail tech preferred; in-training candidates may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert on the 10Beauty machine, nail pods, and app.
• Perform manicure touch ups and fixes as needed.
• Engage customers proactively and share the 10Beauty story and benefits.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the machine and its features.
• Answer questions and offer quick demonstrations to highlight quality and convenience.
• Encourage customers to try the machine and maintain a professional brand image.
• Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the team.
• Keep the display area clean, organized, and inviting.
