Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Beauty Advisor for Clinique to maximize brand sales through expert guest service, skincare analysis, and makeup application. You will greet guests, assess needs, and guide selections within the Clinique area while maintaining store standards and participating in events.

The role emphasizes knowledge of Clinique products, outstanding guest service, and ability to drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. A flexible schedule, including weekends, is required.

• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
• Book appointments and support in-store services and events to drive Clinique sales.
• Build relationships with a growing customer base and follow up on inquiries.
• Inform guests of current promotions, events, and services.
