Job summary

tarte cosmetics is seeking experienced retail sales associates for part-time opportunities in select geographic markets. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, promoting tarte products, and meeting sales goals in beauty retail settings.

Position requires availability during peak hours, including weekends and some evenings. Successful candidates will be comfortable merchandising, engaging customers, and representing tarte with enthusiasm across channels.

Qualifications

• Passion for tarte products and cosmetics industry experience preferred.
• Retail sales experience in beauty or department stores (Sephora/Ulta) is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Customer service mindset with ability to engage and assist customers confidently.
• Experience merchandising and maintaining planograms.
• Driven to meet or exceed sales goals (SPH target: $200/hour).
• Availability for peak retail hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Smartphone owner with familiarity with apps and social media.
