Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher; 2–3 years in cosmetics/pharma QC.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Sampling and testing of incoming packaging materials and finished goods in accordance with procedures.
• Inspects in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, communicating adjustments to production team.
• Perform daily standardizations and equipment performance checks.
• Maintain records and data associated with testing.
• Perform calibrations and calibration verifications.
• Utilize instrumentation such as Torque meter, vacuum testing, dimensional analysis.
• Able to read drawings.
• Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare final product to specifications.
