Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Quality Control setting, preferably in the cosmetics or pharma industry, along with strong leadership and communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Quality Control in cosmetics or similar industry.
• Strong working knowledge of cGMP and variable inspections.
• Familiarity with ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 or ISO 2859 sampling methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise QC Inspectors for quality inspections.
• Ensure compliance with product specifications and quality standards.
• Oversee and evaluate quality trends and inspection data.
• Train and develop QC Inspectors on quality methodologies.
