Job summary

The Goodkind Co. in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure the quality and compliance of finished cosmetic products and materials through inspection, testing, and accurate documentation.

You will verify product quantities, packaging specifications, and adherence to regulatory standards, including cGMP and ISO 22716, with a focus on continuous improvement. Role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to identify and quarantine non-conforming

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years quality experience in a manufacturing facility preferred.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and inspection techniques.
• Proficient computer skills and understanding of quality management systems.
• Attention to detail, accurate and concise.
• Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Inspect cosmetic products and raw materials for compliance with standards.
• Document inspection results and recommendations in batch records.
• Record quantities inspected, including sampled units and finished goods.
• Count and reconcile finished product quantities for inventory accuracy.
• Weigh materials and finished goods to verify fill weights and packaging.
• Maintain compliance with cGMP and ISO 22716 standards.
• Identify, segregate, and quarantine non-conforming items; notify teams.
• Prepare non-conformance reports documenting deviations and actions.
• Support continuous improvement and other duties as assigned.
