Job summary

Voyant Beauty seeks a Process Engineer to identify and implement lean improvements across our manufacturing plant. You will apply 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma to optimize production, map material flows, and analyze data for cost-efficient project execution.

You will bridge account managers, production teams, and external customers to drive successful initiatives. With 1–3 years in a fast-paced cosmetics or personal care environment and a Bachelor’s in a related field, you will lead line changes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in science, engineering, or chemical engineering (Preferred).
• Lean/Six Sigma training or certification is preferred.
• 1-3 years in cosmetics or personal care manufacturing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide plant-wide process support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead projects such as bottle changes, label updates, and new product lines.
• Map material flows and analyze production data to propose efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with account managers and production teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure GMP compliance and participate in safety and quality audits.
