Bloomingdale's is seeking a Counter Manager for the Cosmetics floor to lead a team of Beauty Advisors and drive sales both in-store and online.The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, product knowledge, and engaging customers with a compelling merchandise presentation.

You will maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage client relationships, and ensure the team remains welcoming and productive while prioritizing customer needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
