Bloomingdale's Cosmetics floor is the heart of the store, where the Counter Manager leads a team of Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional service and sell the full assortment both in store and online. The role focuses on building lasting client relationships while maintaining engaging product knowledge and presentation.

You will ensure a welcoming, friendly, and energetic environment, guiding teammates to keep productivity high and customer needs first on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create an in-store easy, seamless and fun experience for building customer relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology.
• Participate in merchandising and operational requirements.
