Von Maur is seeking a Cosmetic Counter Manager to lead the cosmetics department, inspire a team of beauty advisors, and drive counter goals while maintaining exceptional customer service.

You will oversee operations of the cosmetic line, develop client relationships, plan events, and manage staffing across day, evening, and weekend shifts. Competitive wages and generous benefits accompany this role.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service, training, coaching and leading by example.

• Assess associate performance to improve service quality, increase sales, and meet counter goals.
• Plan and execute successful cosmetic events and gift with purchase events.
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
