Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience in retail environment.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in retail.
• Beauty retail experience and artistry skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed line-specific annual sales plan and promotional goals.
• Plan and execute localized events and National Makeup Artistry events.
• Visit stores regularly (5 days a week) to coach staff and drive brand focus.
• Maintain in-store visual merchandising and prompt floor setup for promotions.
