Bloomingdale’s is seeking a Cosmetic Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional service and expert product knowledge in our cosmetics department. This role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, providing make-up applications, skincare consultations, and trend guidance while driving both in-store and online sales.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent, prior cosmetics selling experience, and the ability to read and interpret safety and operating guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous selling experience is required, preferably cosmetics.
• Ability to read and interpret safety/operating instructions.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create an in-store easy, seamless and fun experience to build customer relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients by embracing technology.
• Participate in merchandising and operational requirements of the role.
