They build lasting client relationships, provide makeup lessons, skincare consultations, and trend advice to keep customers engaged and satisfied.

The role emphasizes welcoming, friendly engagement and a customer-first approach, with strong product knowledge and merchandising responsibilities on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous selling experience is required, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

• Create an in-store easy, seamless and fun experience allowing you to build and cultivate customer relationships
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients by embracing and being proficient with technology
