Austin Cosmetic Surgery is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our cosmetic surgery and aesthetic medicine team in Austin, Texas. This full-time role supports surgical and cosmetic care in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment with discretion and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Medical Assistant experience required.
• Strong preference given to candidates with cosmetic/plastic surgery, dermatology, or med spa experience.
• Experience supporting pre-operative and post-operative care is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and prepare for surgical, aesthetic, and wellness appointments.
• Obtain and document vitals, medications, medical history, and relevant patient information.
• Assist providers during consultations, follow-up visits, procedures, and treatments.
• Support pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
• Maintain exam rooms and sterile supplies.
• Take standardized clinical and before-and-after photography.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
