Job summary

Sono Bello is seeking a skilled LPN/LVN to support patient care before, during, and after cosmetic procedures in our Columbus clinics. You will assist surgical teams, educate patients, and ensure HIPAA compliance and safety standards.

The role emphasizes pre/post-op care, documentation, and adherence to OSHA/AAAQC quality guidelines. Eligible candidates hold an active LPN/LVN license and ACLS certification; on-the-job training is available for some duties.

Qualifications

• Requires active LPN/LVN license and ACLS certification.
• Active license renewal is required.
• Compact license accepted in lieu of state license.
• Ability to use MS Office and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-op and post-op visits and procedures.
• Educate patients on pre/post-operative care and protocols.
• Monitor patient responses and escalate to RN/Physician as needed.
• Maintain clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Support sterilization, safety, and laser procedure workflows.
• Prepare OR setup, position patients and assist with tools.
• Record intraoperative notes and Time Out procedures accurately.
• Manage supplies, equipment, and imaging/photography tasks.
• Attend trainings and keep required certifications up to date.
