Job summary

Sono Bello is seeking a skilled LPN/LVN to support patient care before, during, and after procedures in a fast-paced clinic environment. The role emphasizes safety, HIPAA compliance, and high-quality patient experience in the Hartford area.

Responsibilities include assisting with pre/post-op visits, educating patients, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting surgical teams with setup and post-procedure care. ACLS certified nurses with EHR and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited program; current state licensure required.
• Active Compact Nursing License accepted in lieu of state licensure.
• ACLS certification required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health records.
• Preference to have Post Op and/or OR Circulator experience; training on the job available.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-op and post-op visits and procedures.
• Educate patients on pre/post-operative care and recovery protocols.
• Monitor patient responses and escalate concerns to RN or Physician.
• Maintain clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Support clinic safety, sterilization, and procedural protocols.
• Prepare OR setup, positioning, and surgical tools.
• Maintain intraoperative documentation and surgical notes.
• Assist with post-procedure cleaning, dressings, and discharge.
• Manage supplies and equipment; assist with photography uploads and scheduling.
