Job summary

Sono Bello, America's top cosmetic surgery specialist, is seeking an LPN/LVN to support patient care before, during, and after procedures, assist surgical teams, and uphold safety and HIPAA compliance. The role centers on clinic operations, patient education, and quality improvement, with opportunities to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to high-quality patient experiences.

Candidates must have active licensure, ACLS, and proficiency with EHRs, plus willingness to train on the job

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program; current state licensure required
• Active Compact Nursing License accepted in lieu of state-specific licensure
• ACLS certification required
• Preference to have Post Op and/or OR Circulator experience; training provided on the job

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-op and post-op visits and surgical procedures
• Educate patients on pre/post-operative care and clinic protocols
• Monitor patient responses and escalate concerns to RN or Physician
• Maintain clinical documentation and patient confidentiality (HIPAA)
• Support clinic safety and sterilization procedures
• Prepare OR setup, patient positioning and surgical tools
• Maintain intraoperative documentation (Time Out, surgical notes)
• Assist with post-procedure cleaning, dressing application and discharge
• Track and manage medical supplies and equipment
• Attend staff trainings and complete required certifications
• Photography uploads and appointment scheduling for clinic operations
