Job summary

The Drainless Aesthetic Institute in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthesia and related care for cosmetic surgery patients at our on-site facility.

This part-time role offers a weekday schedule based on surgical volume, a four-hour minimum per shift, paid orientation, and eligibility for benefits; potential transition to full-time as volume grows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of CRNA practice experience.
• Strong airway-management and emergency-response skills.
• Ability to develop policies, protocols, workflows, and quality systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a physician-led surgical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia and anesthesia-related care for cosmetic surgery patients.
• Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and develop anesthesia plans.
• Lead and participate in emergency-preparedness drills and quality-improvement initiatives.
• Maintain anesthesia records and ensure equipment readiness.
• Collaborate with surgeons, perioperative team, and nursing staff.
