Job summary

Pennant, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Power Press Operator to set up, operate, and maintain mechanical power-press equipment for cosmetic stainless steel components. The role requires precision, adherence to quality standards, and strict safety compliance in a production environment.

You will produce stainless steel parts to tight tolerances, inspect with calipers and gauges, and perform basic maintenance. Opportunities for growth exist through evaluations and internal advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with mechanical power presses or similar machinery is a plus.
• Familiarity with stainless steel handling and cosmetic part standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate the mechanical power press safely and efficiently to meet quality standards.
• Produce stainless steel components with tight tolerances and cosmetic quality.
• Inspect parts and use measurement tools to verify specifications.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Identify and report defects or process deviations.
• Follow standard work instructions and production schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety procedures.
