Tri-Imaging is seeking an experienced Cosmetic Repair Technician to own the cosmetic and mechanical refurbishment of our medical imaging equipment. Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in automotive repair, auto body or cosmetic refurbishment.
• Proven plastic repair skills (plastic welding, fillers and adhesives, texture matching).
• Paint and refinishing experience, including surface prep and color matching.
• High attention to detail and high standards for cosmetic quality.
• Comfort working independently with little direct supervision.
• Skill with hand tools, power tools and basic shop equipment.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry (MS Office).
• A proactive attitude and good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Restore the cosmetic condition of medical imaging equipment, covers and panels, including plastic repair and finishing.
• Repair cracked or damaged plastic parts using welding, fillers and adhesives.
• Disassemble, clean, inspect and reassemble equipment and subassemblies.
• Replace mechanical hardware, covers and non-electrical parts.
• Perform functional and visual inspections for cosmetic quality and mechanical integrity.
• Work independently and suggest process and quality improvements.
• Write, review and update work instructions and quality documents.
• Record refurbishment work and inspection results in internal tracking systems.
• Spot issues and involve engineering or technicians when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace; follow ISO 13485 and safety requirements.
